30 Day Guarantee Returns and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have a size issue, we are here to help with our 30-day return and refund policy.
2. Return Conditions

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it.
2.2. Status of the Article
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
2.3. Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase or receipt is required to process your return.
3. Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service by email at: contact@footy-shop.net. We will respond to you as soon as possible and provide you with a returns form and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3.2. Packaging and Shipping
Carefully package the item and include all other items originally provided. Use a traceable shipping service and be sure to keep the shipping receipt.
4. Refunds
4.1. Inspection of the Article
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the receipt of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. Reimbursement Method
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process your refund, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges / Size problem
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email: contact@footy-shop.net We will respond to your request promptly. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item subject to stock availability.
Note: A jersey with personalized flocking cannot be exchanged because it is unusable unless it has a defect and/or is damaged.
6. Return Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part in your order.
In the event that an item is defective or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
7. Ineligible Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to, promotional items, gift cards, and personalized items.
