1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. For more details, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy .


2. How do I choose the correct size for my jersey?

We provide a Size Guide on each product page. Please review this guide to ensure you choose the size that fits you best.

3. How do I choose the correct size for my football boots?

We recommend that you choose a size above for Nike models because the models are smaller. For example, if you usually wear a size 43, take size 44 for Nike models.

For other models, choose your usual size.



4. Do you offer custom flocking?

Football Jerseys: Yes, we offer authentic prints for each team as well as custom prints with the name and number of your choice. You can choose this option when purchasing your jersey.

Football Boots: We also offer personalized flocking on football boots with the "Personalization" option. It is possible to enter a name, number and the flag of a country of your choice.

5. What is your delivery policy?

We deliver throughout the European Union (EU).

Shipping is between 24H-72H, depending on the customizations to be made on your items.

Orders are generally delivered between 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery costs are €4.99 for orders under €80 and free for orders of €80 and over.

6. Can I track my order?

You can ask us to exchange your item if you have chosen the wrong size, provided that your item is not personalized (example: flocking with your own name)
